Role
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and promoting a healthy, positive and safe working environment. Working this role you will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overallbusiness strategy
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy, positive and safe working environment
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital with the objective attract and retain the best talent in the industry
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor personal development programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
Bsc or up in Human Resources or related
5+ years experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner
Fluent in English
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Affinity and/or experience in the life science industry is a plus
