HR Manager (m/f)
This individual will be fully responsible for managing the company's Human Resources operations, directly reporting to General Manager and functionally to European HR Director. The candidate will be managing the group of soft and hard HR's team.

Our client is a major multinational production with global growing operations in Poland and all over the world. Due to continued growth of their organization, they are looking for an experienced candidate for the role of HR Manager.
Description
- Supervise and develop the HR function, procedures and regulation conducts to employee's satisfactions and cost effectiveness of the business entity in Poland
- Establish and manage the recruitment area at this same time follows the labour trends and market's needs
- Monitor the proper workforce adjustment to business unit's needs
- Coordinate the performance development and training system
- Manage and control the payroll and labour administration
- Monitor the personnel controlling indicators
- Liable for the Compensation and benefit practices
- Follow health and safety regulations as mandatory
- Ensure the compliance and quality customer requirements
- Represent employer in the negotiations with labour union
- Responsible for developing standardized internal communications practices
- Active initiations in terms of the Employer Brandings
- Supervise the continuously improvement and leading of the new upcoming HR projects
Profile
- University education, preferably in the field of human resources, economics or business administration
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as HR Manager in the production company (automotive preferable)
- Experience in soft and hard HR department
- Familiar with the local labour market and HR suppliers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
- Enthusiasm, positive thinking and result oriented person
- Commitment, self-reliance and conscientiousness
- Flexibility and ability to drive change
- Practice experience in one of the ERP system
