HR Manager (Greenfield)

Responsibilities:
- Implementation of HR strategy - in line with EUR and local business strategy.
- Employment planning, providing qualified and motivated personel.
- Counseling managers on taking key decisions in terms of hired staff.
- Supervision of full scope of HR processes, e.g. job descriptions, compensation and benefits, rewards & recognition, payroll and administration, time attendence, recruitment, trainings, onboarding, evaluation, talent management, improvement plans, employee performance, employees engagement and satisfacion survey, motivation systems, communication strategy, disciplinary actions, admin activities including foreigners work permits.
- Creation and implementation HR procedures and processes in compliance with applicable law, automotive industrie requirements, customer specific requirements.
- Cooperation with work councils.
- Conducting communication meetings for all employees.
- Representing the company in front of Polish authorities and customers.
- Supervision over analyzes and reports preparation in HR field.
- Reporting to Plant Manager, functionally to the EUR HR Director.
- Delivering results by developing high performance teams with strong internal and external customer focus.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Adequate higher education (master’s degree).
- Very good knowledge of labor law and soft HR processes in practice.
- Experience in driving organizational change.
- Experience in cooperation with the workers’ council.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal clients.
- Multitasking, ability to work under time pressure.
- Capacity to work in geographically and culturally diverse teams.
- Proactive attitude, goals orientation, dynamism in action.
- Diplomacy, high ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
