For our client, an international multimedia company, we are looking for exceptional candidates to the position of HR Manager EMEA based in Szczecin.
As HR Manager EMEA you will ensure effective delivery of HR services to managers and employees across the region to enable strong business performance and you will play an essential role in developing the regional HR strategy to meet the long term goals of the Company. You will be responsible for providing a high level of HR expertise to EMEA business by coordinating, communicating and educating business leaders in different locations. Education on EMEA regulations and laws is also crucial for the role, as you will be implementing HR policies in the whole region (incl. compensation & benefits, performance management, employee development & engagement etc.). You will have a supportive team of seven internationals who will assist you in your daily tasks plus regional HR teams.
To fit this role you should have a university degree, 5+ years' experience in a senior HR role in an international company, experience in team management and very good command of English. Ideally, you should also speak German or French and have knowledge of labor regulations in EMEA countries (especially Poland, Germany, France, UK).
