For our Client, a well-known, global company from FMCG sector, we are currently looking for a Global Process and Service Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for the area of Learning Solutions - developing the global standard processes, enabling technologies for the Learning function, delivery of learning management system services.

Client Details

Our Client is a global FMCG company that is known for its friendly work atmosphere, positive approach to its employees, high quality employment standards and ethical approach to business. Currently the company is building its HR Operation Center in the Warsaw City Centre and looking for a Global Process and Service Delivery Lead - Learning Solutions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and tactical execution and is comfortable with hands-on responsibilities and leading projects (collaborating with and leading others). The leader will ensure , that governance is executed, involved parties are fully trained and identified continuous improvement initiatives are followed through.

Description

  • Lead the development of the Learning Process, Solutions and Services Roadmap, including influencing the Learning Technologies system strategy
  • Partner closely with member of Learning Centers of Expertise and HR Shared Services from other regions to agree, document and implement global standard processes, operating procedures and KPI's within the organization
  • Own contracting, services level agreements and customer satisfaction priorities (i.e. Services Quality, Value and Effectiveness)
  • Review, monitor and report performance against defined KPIs including proactively sharing insights and trends based on service requests
  • Accountable for the successful delivery for roadmap projects and CIPs (including ITMS releases) in partnership with other departments
  • Ensure the service offerings continue to evolve as the Learning Solutions Technology portfolio grows
  • Own development and implementation of expert, administration and reporting services
  • Ensure that all documented global processes and operational services are current, embedded and high quality, on an ongoing basis
  • Be an escalation path to address systemic issues and/or unlock resourcing needs
  • Review industry best practices, to refresh metrics and KPI's as needed, and determine how the global standard processes, solutions and services deliver maximum value in the Learning area
  • Manage periodic internal process audits and assessments of the control environment when needed
  • Identify, re-engineers, and implements strategic policy/procedural changes to achieve operational excellence, globally
  • Coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR/ Shared Services with experience in HR technology
  • Minimum 3 years of Line Management & Team leadership
  • Experience leading major communication, program implementation and change management activities
  • Experience working in an international environment and/or on cross-border issues
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the wider business environment; strong business acumen
  • Proven senior-level communication and stakeholder management skills within a complex multifunctional matrix organization with strong cultural values
  • Experience prioritizing and making tough choices amongst multiple priorities and with influencing partners to set priorities.
  • Highly collaborative style, good leadership, consultative and people management skills across geographical boundaries and cultures
  • Strong customer-service orientation
