For our client, international production company with global reach, we are currently looking for the candidates to fill the position of HR Generalist.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing occurs (sending calculations to outsourced service company)
- Verifying the output of the payroll calculations
- First point of contact for all HR administration staff queries including preparation of employment documents
- Monitoring and planning of working time, sickness and other relevant absence documentation
- Responsibility for company time registration system, including reporting and arranging meeting room bookings and preparation of weekly schedule for employees
- Supporting the process of international travel (flight, hotel bookings and support in visa and permit applications)
- Taking proactive part in the recruitment process, with recruitment agencies as well as direct applicants

Requirements:
- University Degree: Master in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2+ years of work experience in Human Resources Department, particularly pay roll calculations
- Knowledge of the Polish Labour Code
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail - focusing on accuracy, quality and consistency
