Global, production company from automotive industry is looking for HR Generalist to join their structure.
Your new role
While working on a position of HR Generalist you will be responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with other members of the team supporting the overall mission of the organisation. Your scope of duties will include: recruitment, onboarding, compensation&benefits, personal development and HR administration. The position requires a frequent travel throughout Europe, mainly Germany.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have min.2 years of experience in an international company in HR department, Master Degree, preferably HR or Economics, Fluent Polish and English, communicativeGerman. You will be perfect candidate if you can work well under pressure, are organised, has excellent problem solving and work ethic skills.
A strong ability to handle multiple priorities, as well as very good verbal and written communication skills, is also required.
