HR Generalist
HR Generalist will be responsible for creating structures in the new greenfield plant.

For our Client - international manufacturing company from automotive sector we are looking for a HR Generalist position. That will be a new position of local HR team of greenfield investments.
Description
- Overall recruitment management, to prepare and complete recruiting process for blue&white color and management positions, ensuring a quick and efficient selection process, selecting and maintaining recruiting channels, negotiating and reducing costs, ensuring efficient and cost effective selection,
- Annual and monthly headcount analysis and submit to HQ for approval, ensuring an accurate and efficient headcount,
- Implementation of the hiring process according to the approved headcount (white collar, blue collar, international students, foreign engineers, college student recruitment, school-enterprise cooperation, etc), ensuring a quick achievement rate of recruitment,
- Developing and maintain the recruitment channels, ensuring a cost-saving and efficient recruitment method,
- Prepering recruitment reports, ensuring an accurate recruitment records and data base,
- Preparing job description drafting and completing,
- Cooperates with temporary employment agencies,
- Preparing HR policies in collaboration with management, support for the implementation of HR policies
Profile
- More than 5 years' HR experience, including more than 3 years' auto parts industry recruitment experience
- English and knowledge fluent in spoken and written
- Expert of MS Office
- Advanced knowledge for handling of SAP
- Proficient in domestic labor law knowledge and practice experience
