Your new role
As a Polish speaking HR Employee Support Representative your responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for Polish colleagues in HR related questions and queries.

Your new role
As a Polish speaking HR Employee Support Representative your responsibility will be to act as the first point of contact for Polish colleagues in HR related questions and queries.
Main responsibility
- Act as the first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of employee and manager inquiries and requests
- Help and train customers to navigate through the self-service materials, the HR system and processes
- Maintain and update employee files
- Ensure all required documentation (offer packages, employment letters, forms etc) is created, delivered and received according to set standards, including any follow-ups
- Active participant in the continuous improvement agenda
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent Polish and English language knowledge
- Experience in similar role (administration, contact centre)
- Excellent communication skill
