Our client is an international manufacturing company developing its business in Poland. Currently they are seeking to recruit an ambitious and target-driven candidate for the position of HR Director. The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Director and will supervise all HR-related matters.

Description
- Work with the Managing Director and other stakeholders to create and deliver the strategy, financial and people objectives to ensure growth targets in line with Company expectations
- Manage all HR-related processes: on-boarding, appraisals, compensation & benefits, learning & development, employee's engagement
- Assure that all HR processes within the local entity are in line with the best practices of the organisation
- Driving the recruitment and growth in alignment with the legal entity's needs
- Build and implement leadership competency frameworks and models
- Identify and recommend appropriate solutions to drive people development
- HR controlling, budgeting and pay-planning, analyzing of key performance indicators and deducting and implement measures
- Coordinate headcount reporting, salary reviews, development planning and coaching
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a HR Manager for an international company
- Experienced in both supporting local top management and regional structures in implementation and supervisory of HR policies and function
- Broad understanding of business and HR frameworks, initiatives and models
- Very good understanding of business and its drivers
- Great organisational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local labour law as well as compensation & benefits structures
- Very good command of English and Polish
