For our Client, International Company from New Technologies sector we are looking for HR Director to join New Development Center in Kraków.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all local and global HR policies and procedures to ensure success of the new development center in Kraków including: building the recruitment team, on-boarding processes, development plans, reward and benefits systems, employee relations and performance management. This is a standalone HR position with full responsibility for the local operational functions. You will become trusted advisor in all employee relations matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Broad experience across HR (+8 years) gained in a fast paced international environment (preferably in new technologies, customer service or finance). Proven strong partnership relations with managers, employees and leaders both onsite and remote. Strong knowledge of local Labour Law is welcome. Additionally you should be a great team player who possess hands-on and can-do attitude with strong communication skills. Native Polish and fluent English is a must.
