The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.
Currently, for my client Ammega I am looking for Candidates for HR Data Coordinator to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.

Currently, for my client Ammega I am looking for Candidates for HR Data Coordinator to join the Ammega Business Centre based in KATOWICE.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the HR colleagues, technical architects and implementation team to define the data migration requirements and structure for Cloud HR;
- Bring together data from different Ammega data sources and execute data cleansing as required;
- Responsible to meet the data migration plan, analysis, design and build effort together with the implementation team
- Conduct the data migration exercise before each roll-out with the help of the migration team;
- Ensure timely availability of data (extracted and transformed) for loading, testing, roll-out;
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy including approval from HR Business owner before any migration and after data load on Cloud HR.
- Ensure testing according to testing plan for implementation, including test scenarios and test scripts;
- Work with HR Business Owners and implementation team to refine testing scenarios & scripts, producing the final testing plan for each phase of the Cloud HR implementation project;
- Ensure complete unit & integration testing results before each UAT session.
Experience Required:
- Degree in relevant field (HR, Finance or business)
- 3+ years’ experience as HR Data Coordinator or similar role
- Experience within HR or Payroll, Oracle Cloud and with implementation of HR Information System is an advantage
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Good in communication skills and culture understanding
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
