On behalf of our Client, international retail company with global reach,we are urgently looking for candidates to join a newly created team in based in Warsaw.
Your new role
The HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for company's employees in terms of HR related questions and requests. Daily duties will include: providing knowledge and guidance of various HR related matters (e.g. recruitment, training, benefits, performance, procedures, documentation, etc.) and resolving ad-hoc problems thorough life chat, skype, telephone line, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates interested in developing within HR department. We are interested both with candidates who have gathered HR related or customer service experience and more junior candidates. Because this is an international company, the candidates should present fluent knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional language (French, Dutch, German) will be an asset. We are looking for people-oriented candidates, interested in joining a stable, employee friendly company and kick-off their career in HR or customer service.
