HR Country Partner

For our new Client, Company which operates in the international arena of new technologies currently we are looking for candidate for the position of HR Country Partner. In this role you will have a chance to join in a newly created SSC in Krakow and become a Partner for leaders and managers and provide a service that will support the growth and implementation of HR policies in new SSC structures.

Duties:
-Implement standards and global policy in line with Polish legislation and compliance requirement
-Support global and regional HR related initiatives by actively participating in discussions and ensuring local implementation once finalized.
-Coordinate and administration various aspects of the organization’s HR area, what includes: compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, employee relations programs, as well as supervising payroll correctness.
-Monitor employee engagement and retention at various sites; proactively bringing local market and competitor intelligence to Business partners and local leaders, so appropriate actions are taken
-Support the delivery of a positive employee experience and high engagement with the Global Shared Services
-Endorse change management and diversity to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
-Set-up of effective HR operational services and support the relationship with external vendors
-Partner with business units to ensure the successful integration of new hires and developing related programs as necessary.
-Stay current on regulatory changes and all labors laws - being in line with local labor law regulations, taking care about local HR documentation compliance, with internal policies and standards.
-Own the HR audit process and respond to all audit requests.
-Focus on the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
-Support, communicate and advise senior management on their talent development initiatives working closely with regional teams and COE.
-Drive best practice and act as counsel to management on all issues of employee performance, working with and through both regional HR teams and COEs to establish a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements:
Requirements:
-Approximately 7+ years of professional experience in the HR functions (preferably in SSC, business services area).
-Experience in HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles.
-Extensive experience in HR advice and counsel to senior business management.
-Experience in driving changes and conducting big HR change projects
-Clear understanding of HR related regulations, and change management.
-Working knowledge of HR metrics, best practices and ability to utilize these in driving performance improvements.
-Proven track record in creation of process and policies in organization
-Strong partner and relationship building capabilities across a diverse international group
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
-Analytical and problem solving skills with good interpersonal skills & employee management skills.
-Very good knowledge of Polish Labor Law
-Fluent English
-Very good knowledge of MS Office and data base skills.
-Degree with a major in HR is a plus.
