Zadania / obowiązki:
- Managing your own HR team , coordinate their work and results
- Hiring and training new employee , operating the whole training system
- Managing the administration of the HR department
- Create raports (matrix reporting functional line)
- Cooparate with all departments in firm
- Promote the company culture amongst the team

Oczekiwania:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in HR area
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR department
- Knowledge of English at C1 level
- Knowledge of labor relations, labor laws, compensation and performance
- International experience within multinational companies is required
- Experience and aspiration to lead a team is an important value
- Personal approach in our work is also very important
- Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
