For our Client – an international company from the medical industry, with established position on the market, we are currently looking for Candidates to fill a position of
HR Coordinator with German
Key responsibilities:
- providing efficient HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees as well as HR Partners,
- problem resolution and case management for a designated region based on available policies, procedures and articles as the first-line customer service support,
- ability to efficiently search and interpret resources in order to provide answers on general queries but also on global processes, benefits, payroll, compensation and HR policies,
- performs Workday entries and corrections as requested by employees, Talent Acquisition and HR Partners (provided self-service support if needed),
- liaising with other People Services Coordinators and Leads, HR Partners to deliver timely and quality service,
- achieve set PKIs and goals, adhere to established customer service standards,
- maintains SOPs and respective HR article to ensure these are reflecting actual processes,
- aimed at customer focus as well as cost and time effectiveness.
Expectations:
- very good command of German (at least B2+)
- fluent spoken and written command of English and Polish language skills,
- minimum educational level necessary to perform the job,
- experience (at least 1 year) in HR area (payroll, benefits, talent acquisition and other),
- ability to deliver excellent customer care for complex queries,
- ability to understand, interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures,
- communicative, proactive, positive attitude, and customer-oriented team player,
- critical thinking, problem solving and judgement skills,
- experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems will be a great asset.
