Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Maintenance of Universal-Investment group position plan
Support collection of organisational (i.e. HR related) statistical key figures and KPIs
Other regular financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject Experience in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel). Practical knowledge in HCM (human capital management) related tools would be a plus Experience in leading transformative change, delivering process efficiencies through simplification, automation & standardisation Passionate about digitisation, new technologies and derived business transformation Excellent knowledge and understanding of enabling technology typically used within a financial services organisation Strong interpersonal skills to network, communicate and influence at senior management levels Client centric mindset and superior customer service focus Fluent in English German language skills would be a plus

Maintenance of Universal-Investment group position plan
- Collection and tracking of necessary adjustments
- Gap analysis
- Monthly preparation of updated position plan and distribution to management board
- Investment board
- Management board
- Establishment of processes to collect all relevant data from HR business partner
- Definition of templates and interfaces
Support collection of organisational (i.e. HR related) statistical key figures and KPIs
Other regular financial controlling tasks as deemed necessary
