For a global client with production sites all over of world, we are looking for an open-minded and ambitious candidates for the position of Global Business Process Manager (HR) in Southern part of Poland. The chosen person will be working close to HR and IT Department with well knowing of HR processes and ability to lead improvement among of them.

The chosen person will be working close to HR and IT Department with well knowing of HR processes and ability to lead improvement among of them.

Description

  • Consult with unit management to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems in terms of Human Resources
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and processes and develop strategies for improving the investigated area
  • Diagnose problems using problem-solving tools and techniques from multiple angles and probes underlying issues to generate multiple potential solutions for Human Resources' needs
  • Establish and improve relationship with business partners and IT in order to provide effective technical solutions
  • Create processes models, data flows and specifications, diagrams and charts to simulate changes and allow business impact analysis of proposed changes
  • Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information flow
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes and systems
  • In cooperation with IT supervise implementation of changes in processes and IT's supportive systems

Profile

  • University degree with a strong focus on Human Resources / Business
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of similar experience (working independently)
  • Experience with ERP system is required (SAP nice to have)
  • Excellent analytical way of thinking and fluency in analytical tools
  • Result orientated, proactive personality
  • Ability to work under pressures with deadlines
  • Fluent English is required
