For our Client - internationally recognized multilingual service centre we are currently looking for experienced professionals on the position of HR Contact Centre Specialist with German.
Successful Candidate will be responsiblefor delivering service excellence to clients and their employees in line with the quality framework, making a positive contribution to achieving service levels, handling telephone calls from client's employees by responding to their requests and queries, providing additional support and information via inbound and outbound calls, mailbox management, assisting with system navigation as well as handling changes to personal details.
As ideal Candidateon this position you will have experience within a Customer and Client focused position. E xcellent command of English as well as fluent German is a must. You need to have self motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines, have attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. Experience in using computer applications (MS Office is a must), strong analytical and problem solving skills and teamwork skills. Experience in Benefits Administration would be an asset.
