On behalf of our Client - international production company, we are currently looking for the candidates to fill the position of HR Contact Center Analyst with Dutch to join the Warsaw’s office.
On this position you will be the first point of contact for company's employees in terms of HR related questions and requests. Daily duties will include: providing knowledge and guidance of various HR related matters (e.g. recruitment, training, benefits, performance, procedures, documentation, etc.) and resolving routine, ad-hoc problems.
We are looking for candidates interested in developing within HR department, who have already gathered some related experience, preferably of 1-2 years and min.bachelor's degree. Because this is an international company, the candidates should present fluent knowledge of English and Dutch (C1). We are looking for people-oriented candidates, interested in joining a stable, employee friendly company and kick-off their career in HR.
