Holding this independent position with own tasks, you will support all the processes and activities of the OTTO group companies in CEE. It is a comprehensive HR job with administrative, operational and policy aspects.

Tasks:
• Contact person for the internal organisation for all questions related to HR matters
• Keeping HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, information systems up-to-date
• Salary administration: preparing bonuses for all personnel employees, processing changes in salary slips, answering questions about salaries, travel costs, employment conditions, identifying changes and exceptions etc.
• Delivering changes in personnel's data and salary to internal payroll department
• Providing and coordinating various recruitment projects: posting the job, keeping contact with various agencies, providing offers to candidates about the terms and form of contract, creating contracts and ensuring proper filing thereof
• Creating management information, indicators and target values
• Preparing policy proposals, working on HR-projects and issuing procedures
• Detecting trends and issues and advising on e.g. HR processes, implementing HR policies, tools and employment conditions

Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for proper execution of HR-proceedings according to applicable procedures and agreements
• Responsibility for providing proper information to other departments and third parties


Requirements:
• At least three years of HR experience, broad professional knowledge of the HR branch
• Pleasant personality and individuality, flexibility, ability to solve problems, "heart for the job"
• Ability to work independently but also cooperatively, accurate and optimistic, ability to start and complete tasks
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Professional and representative
• Sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel
