Currently for our client, international company from Pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for experienced HR Business Partner who wants to join the team based in Warsaw.
What will be your duties?
As HR BP you will participate in key initiatives in the organisation with the objective of enhancing its efficiency and effectiveness and supporting an employee friendly work culture.
Your daily duties may include working with managerial staff (from the Commercial part of the company) and being responsible for designing and implementing training strategies, coaching and mentoring them. You will act as the primary HR interface in delivering HR solutions for the businesses you support in any case connected with employee lifecycle. Moreover, your will participate in the process of establishing and fulfilling the strategic business objectives.
Other than that you will be responsible for multidisciplinary projects management, recruitment processes and dealing with comp & bens or salaries. What do we expect from the candidates? Most of all we are expecting experience in working on the same or similar position. Also to work in an international environment you need to speak fluently in English (at least on C1 level). Knowledge of Polish language is a must.
Moreover, it will definitely work in your advance to know one of the areas: project management, compensation & benefits or raising the brand awareness amongst the employees techniques. Since the company is working within pharmaceutical area knowledge of this area of business is most welcome!
