Global company with 2 production plants in Poland and plan for expansion is looking for HR Manager willing to take care over 200 employees.
The role is based in Rzeszow but part of the business is in Slask province (be prepare for business trips up to 50% of a time). On daily basis you will be working with HR Specialists and Payroll Specialists based in each plant. You will be responsible for recruitment policy, salary and benefits policy, talent development policy and HR advisory for managers.
We expects from candidates 8 years of HR experience, including previous exp as HR Business Partner. Production and engineering market knowledge. Experience in mobility of Polish employees on assignments throughout Europe. Law knowledge. Fluency in English.
