For our client, Zalando - a leading fashion platform in Europe, we are currently searching for an professional experienced in HR for the position of HR Business Partnerto work in the newly opened Logistic Centre next to Łódź (Głuchów, Tuszyn).
Your new role
Your main tasks will include:
- Recruiting new employees - from creating job advertisements to signing contracts and the on-boarding process;
- Drawing up contracts and writing job references, as well as taking care of personnel files and systems (SAP, time tracking tools, applicant management tools etc.) and preparing payslips;
- Advising management in all topics relating to staff;
- Implementing staff development tools on-site (e.g. performance reviews);
- Implementing and developing new HR processes, in cooperation with Zalando’s facility in Gardno;
- Taking care of all HR-related issues;
- Working together with external service providers, as well as exchanging and coordinating with our central HR team in Berlin, our logistics partners on-site and our legal department regarding any employment law-related questions.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR;
- Fluent in English – B2/C1 level ; German language would be an asset; Fluent Polish is required;
- University degree in the field of business administration, economics, law, psychology, human resources management or other HR-related field;
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and personnel management procedures
- Some knowledge about the communication and soft skills training
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP;
- Great multitasking skills
- Have a distinctive hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and assertiveness
- Be reliable, work independently and be focused on finding solutions even under high pressure to meet deadlines;
- Have a strong orientation towards serving our internal clients, ability to negotiate, as well as outstanding communication skills.
