We are establishing regional shared service center in Krakow to support centralized processing of select finance functions. Our goal is to have 150 FTEs within a year.
This position will report to the SSC Site Lead and play a key role in supporting the new centre from a people perspective, developing HR policies and overall strategy.
You will act as single point of contact for management on HR topics. You will design environment, policies, practices and benefits. You will be in charge of recruitment (150+ employees), directly and with external recruitment support.
We expect you to have 5-8 years relevant business experience (SSC/BPO).
