Currently, for our Client, global Company from Retail sector, we are looking for HR Business Partner to join their structures in Kraków.
Your new role
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing a professional human resources support within Polish and Hungarian markets and will act as a Business Partner for all Management functions in this area of responsibility. HR BP will support all employees in HR related questions. Key responsibilities includes: Labour Law advice, Recruitment, Training, People Development, Budgeting, Compensation and Benefits, Internal Communication and HR Management.
What you'll need to succeed
Suitable Candidates possess more than 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in retail industry, university degree in HR Management or similar. Knowledge of multicultural environment, Fluent English, knowledge of Hungarian language would be a plus.
