Our Client is a multinational company from IT sector, located in Katowice. Due to growth plans, the company is looking for the professional and experienced HR Business Partner.
As an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance of Polish labour law knowledge within the company as well as managing HR and legal processes. You will be also responsible for conducting recruitment processes (mostly IT and financial roles) and learning and development activities. On daily basis you will be in charge of all strategic HR and administration tasks.
You need to have a University degree in business, law, psychology or other relevant field, a proven track record and minimum four years of experience in HR Business Partner role in an international company. You need to be an expert within polish labour law regulation and have experience in change management as well as process improvements. Good knowledge of English is a must. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, open- minded person with positive attitude and teamwork skills.
