Currently for our client, International Manufacturing Company, we are looking for experienced HR Business Partner who wants to join the team based in Gliwice.
Your new role
As HR Business Partner you will participate in key initiatives in the organisation with the objective of supporting development of employees and succession planning. You will work closely with Managers regarding all HR issues. You will be responsible for HR projects and management of ad-hoc duties and payroll process. Moreover, your will participate in the process of establishing and fulfilling the strategic business objectives including legal aspects. Your role will also include identifying training needs and conducting them, interface in delivering HR solutions for the businesses you support in any case connected with employee lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in HR / Economics (or other related)
- More than two years of experience acting as HR BP
- Knowledge of legal procedures including labor law
- Great interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent English, German language is a plus
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Manufacturing environment is an asset
