For our Client - multinational production and distribution big company - we are looking for hands on HR Business Partnerto cover HR activities in all units.
The job holder will be a true business partner, working as member of leadership team responsible for both the strategic and day to day development within the HR area. The job holder will be the functional expert, providing a high quality all HR matters to employees and managers in the company. The HR Business Partner will be fully responsible for the entire HR matters including HR advisory, HR administration, C&B, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance and Talent Management, etc.

The HR Business Partner will be fully responsible for the entire HR matters including HR advisory, HR administration, C&B, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance and Talent Management, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- To be a true business partner to company’s management
- To be first contact to employee
- To be responsible for all HR processes and project
- To be a partner for company’s Trade Unions
- To effectively cooperate with management team
- To ensure consistent approach to HR activities and compliance with the local, regional and global policies and legal requirements
- To maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- To maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
- To be responsible for all Staff related legal issues
- To ensure quality and timely HR reporting and provide analysis on demand
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years broad-based experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a senior HR role
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, HR administration, C&B, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development.
- BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Comprehensive working knowledge of all HR functions including HR administration, recruitment, C&B, employee relations, HR advisory
- Experience in HR reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Advanced communication in English (both written and oral)
- People oriented and results driven
- Experience in the manufacturing environment will be a plus
