Description
In this role you will:
Work out what employees need
- come up with plans to create HR process or improve what we have
- apply our HR policies and systems when you need to
Use your technical skills to give employees what they are after
- Implementing the HR function to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee life-cycle experience and facilitate employee engagement
- Supporting the professional and personal development of employees, aligning with business goals
- Facilitating the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, looking for the best Employee Value Proposition
- Managing all employee HR Admin and relations issues, supporting and guiding management
Collaborate for ad-hoc projects across Central Europe Region
- Identify the best approach for the new Corporate HR initiatives to deploy locally
- Act as the go-to and trusted advisor to Central European management and employees
Profile
- proven HR Business Partnering experience
- strong stakeholder management experience
- experience of working in an international business across multiple functions
- fluent English
- strong analytical skills
- ability to discover and anticipate problems that may arise in administrative practices, contracts, and policies when working between differing environments
