We are seeking candidates for the position of:
HR Associate with Dutch
Requirements:
Very good Dutch (spoken and written) and good English
Excellent organization skills
Commitment and constant learning abilities
Self-reliant, flexible and positive attitude as well as willingness to adapt to changes
Ability to work in a team
Problem solving skills
Customer orientation and good communication skills
One year experience of working in a shared services or HR environment would be an advantage

Essential Functions of the Job:
Responds to recruitment related queries from customer and candidates
Attends to HR functional inquiries/requests/transactions as assigned (including inquiries or requests via telephone or email) in accordance with established policies and procedures
Ensures all new process updates are incorporated while processing transactions
Prepares and contributes to reporting as directed
