On behalf of our Client, innovative human care company, we are looking for a person to hold the position of a HR Application Specialist.

The key role on this position will be management of all HR applications in the company’s source system, that will include maintaining the applications, testing their functionality, designing and coordinating projects of improvements, etc. Application Specialist will stay in close cooperation with all user groups, HR and IT team in order to support company’s business needs. In addition HR Application Specialist will be responsible for conducting trainings for internal administrators and users.

We are seeking Candidates with HR background with minimum 1 year of experience in system administration, experience in working with Workday and MS Office products will be an asset. Ideal candidate should speak English fluently and have highly developed computer and analytical skills. System improvement will serve company’s business needs, therefore we are looking for a person with a business or customer focus, a people-oriented team worker.
