On behalf of our client, global biotechnology company, we are currently looking for the HR and Payroll Team Leader to join its Shared Service Center located in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for team coordination of approx. 8 HR Operations Specialists (recruitment, performance evaluation, team meetings etc.), ensure quality service, solve daily escalations, support HR Business Partners and implement some improvements.
We are seeking candidates with minimum one year in team management and 4 years in HR and Payroll area. Fluent English is required. In addition, we are looking for candidates with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
