Your new role
On this position you will be working as the part of human resources and administration department. You will be responsible for process the monthly payroll cycle for the countries assigned, in close cooperation with external payroll providers. Your main duties will include employee lifecycle administration, preparing hiring contracts and amendment letters and providing ad hoc reports on HR and Payroll data. You will support HR Business Partners with HR administration issues and cooperate with them in the implementation of various HR related projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Your proven min. 1-2 years of experience in HR & payroll department in well-structured multinational company will be essential. Strong knowledge and working experience in Excel and Word, good problem solving skills, attention to details and hands-on mentality will lead to your success. You need to be fluent in English and Polish. We will be more than happy to see that you are well organized, independent and motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
