Your next position:
For our Client, a global production company, we are looking for the HR and Payroll Specialist Italian or Frenchto join the Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities:
On this position you will be responsible for entering and updating personal information records(hiring, promotion, transfers, etc.), checking correctness of payroll, preparing documents and certificatesand cooperating closely with business partners and payroll providers. As the company is facing the transition process from Spainyou will be involved in the process of improvements and data migration, being the key support or process lead(depending on the final candidate experience).
What do you need to succeed:
We are looking for Candidates with at least two years of experienceon a similar position (gained preferably in SSC or BPO environment). Fluent English and Italian or French are a must.Additionallanguage as well as experience with HR IT solutions including SAP will be an asset. Moreover, we seek Candidates with highly developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, experienced in facing deadlines and dealing with difficult situations.
