Our Client is a multinational company located in Cracow. Due to growth plans, the company is looking for the professional and experienced HR& Administration Manager.
New role:
As an HR& Administration Manager you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance of Polish labour law knowledge within the company as well as managing HR and legal processes. HR& Administration manager will manage also the team of several team members. You will join a successful international organization, where independently and with a team oriented and flexible approach will have the opportunity to successfully create, nurture and develop growth. On daily basis you will be in charge of all strategic HR and administration tasks connected with hire- to- rehire processes, preparation of employment contracts and other documents.
What you’ll need to success:
You need to have a University degree in business, law, psychology or other relevant field, a proven track record and minimum four years of experience in HR Management in an international company. You need to be an expert within polish labour law regulation and have experience in change management as well as process improvements. Good knowledge of English is a must. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, open- minded person with positive attitude and teamwork skills.
