HR Analyst
Location: Warszawa
Responsibilities
- Providing monthly/ad-hoc reports or forecasts and implementing effective solutions in accordance with internal needs and requirements for HR and Finance Department
- Conducting compensation data analytics – job evaluation, benchmarking, position grading, compensation & benefits surveys and providing conclusions and recommendations
- Supporting compensation processes such as STI payments or annual salary review
- Creating and customizing timely metrics, trends, statistical data, analytics, summaries, diagrams and special reports as required utilizing Workday, Excel and other applications
- Understanding day-to-day operations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data when processing reports, work with other HR functional areas to correct discrepancies
- Active participation in building compensation & benefits policies
- Close cooperation with HR BP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, payroll vendor and European HR Shared Service Center

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field (HR, Economy, Statistics)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar position in payroll, C&B, HR data analysis from a large multi-national organization
- Experience of Workday or other HRIS systems
- Advanced proficiency with Power Point and Excel using functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced functions (macros would be an asset)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to details
- Knowledge of a job evaluation methodology and C&B surveys (e.g. Mercer, Hay or Willis Towers Watson methodology) would be an asset
