Our Client is a global leader in Oil&Gas industry - Maersk Drilling. Maersk Drilling owns 22 rigs across the globe. It is a market leader in harsh environment and deep-water drilling, with one of the youngest and most advanced fleets in the industry.
We are currently looking for an HR Analyst to join Maersk Drilling Poland new office located in Gdańsk.
The position as an HR Analyst has the responsibility to create, gather and process data around jobs, compensation and employment trends, etc. The HR Analyst provides accurate reporting to the organization supported by the internal policies and systems. The HR Analyst has also the responsibility of supporting the Performance Management process by undertaking the processing associated with incremental changes to the employee salary based on the employee performance appraisal score. The HR Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

We are currently looking for an HR Analyst to join Maersk Drilling Poland new office located in Gdańsk.
The position as an HR Analyst has the responsibility to create, gather and process data around jobs, compensation and employment trends, etc. The HR Analyst provides accurate reporting to the organization supported by the internal policies and systems. The HR Analyst has also the responsibility of supporting the Performance Management process by undertaking the processing associated with incremental changes to the employee salary based on the employee performance appraisal score. The HR Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
HR Reporting:
- Provide timely reports (both periodic and ad-hoc) on business requests
- Reconcile payroll and HR system data
- Report on training compliance
- Provide input to tender process
- Upload certificates to HR system
- Ensure crew schedule is kept up to date
Salary setting:
- Generate and reconcile employee Performance Appraisal report
- Communicate HR system freeze
- Prepare and update HR system and Payroll with new salary and bonus data
- Perform periodic review of authorisations in HR system.
Safety and environment:
- Ensure that Health, Safety, Environment and Corporate Social Responsibility standards are considered and incorporated where possible in the development and improvement of processes.
Qualification Requirements:
- Formal education at bachelor level or equivalent within relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience, through a relevant job or internships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
- Excellent analytical skills
- Keen interest in BI
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
- Very good command of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with PowerBI desired
- Ability to perform tasks in compliance to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Interest in proactive identification of improvement and optimization opportunities in the HR processes.
