Scope of the role: taking over SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow implementation to Global Shared Service
A person in this position will be responsible for:
- supporting detailed end-to-end solution design and processes for the recruitment and on-boarding workstream supported by SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
- creating process documentation – including user guides, work instructions and standardised global processes process maps
- building strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting in design requirements to inform set-up of global solution
- supporting roll-out and adoption of the new HR solution
- supporting user acceptance testing execution, including testing execution of HR Shared Service processes to ensure robustness of design
- designing and conducting handover to the Global HR Services team as part of knowledge transfer and upskilling for new resources
- providing guidance to Global HR Services team members in assisting with subject matter knowledge of HR processes and the HR solution designed
- leading on identification of changes required on processes or the system solution; supporting in the documentation of changes required, impact assessment and support in roll-out of changes
Requirements:
- understanding of global HR systems with specialist knowledge of recruitment and on-boarding processes
- advance English
- experience in implementing HR systems
- strong attention to detail
- experience in process design or the creation of procedural documentation
- experience of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships and stakeholder groups
- highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and pro-active approach to work
- ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively to target audiences
- ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
