Currently for our client, pharmaceutical companywith an office in Warsaw, we are looking for HR Analyst (Global Mobility Processes)
What will you be doing?
On this position you will be responsible forthe management of international moves globally for company. Your daily responsibilities will include: supporting of Global Mobility Partner in the management of their international moves and assignment caseload, in particular liaising globally with a range of external vendors/specialist service providers and internal contacts to support the move of an international assignee. Providing general administrative/project support to the Global Mobility team, providing support to Global Mobility Partners with annual IA salary review exercise, including leaver bonus processing, data cleanse activity as necessary, IA document administration (contracts, recommendation letters, etc.) including management of DocuSign process, managing IA Workday transactions at start of assignment, extension, and end, as well as ad hoc changes mid-assignment. You will serve as APro assignee database super user, managing data input/system maintenance and running of monthly and one-off reports.
Who are we looking for?
You need to beanalytical with strong numeric skills, detail-oriented and highly organized, supportive and accessible person to be able to provide help successfully. You are experienced in preparing calculations and cost reports, technology proficiency including (but not limited to) Outlook, Workday, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, APro, DocuSign. You will be able to communicate in English
