For our client of an international company with SSC based in Kraków, we are looking for an HR Advisor in Italian or German, or Spanish. You will be responsible for end-to-end administering transactional activity and answering questions about the employee's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for business managers and employees in EMEA countries, with related questions with HR (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition)
- Processing complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines
- Providing a high level of support for employees
- Collect and share best practices and feedback from employees for continuous process improvements
- Builds an excellent relationship with stakeholders
Our expectations:
- Previous experience in the HR team
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German or Spanish or Italian
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player, capable of demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
