Your main responsibilities will include:
- supporting migration of HR processes from local entities to SSC,
- being 1st line of contact to local units associates and providing highest quality of service within HR area,
- keeping all deadlines and ensuring all KPI's and SLA's are meet,
- identifying areas to improvement in the processes.
Basic requirements:
- Strong language skills - English and German,
- professional experience within SSC/BPO sector - Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable etc,
- excellent developed soft skills - team cooperation, communication, multitasking, open minded
Nice to have:
- experience within HR department of multinational organisation,
- experience in project job, especially with knowledge and process transitions.
