HR Administrator
Lokalizacja: PoznańFor our Client, a well-known international company based in Poznań, we are currently looking for an HR administrator, who would handle compensations and benefits processes.
Responsibilities:
- HR support of business managers and employees. Execute benefits & compensation processes according to the defined service level agreements
- Handling specific administrative tasks related to benefits & compensation, including collaboration with benefits vendors, HR managers and payroll specialists
- Maintaining good data quality in HR systems related to compensation & benefits
- Preparation of confidential letters and documents
- Communication and consultancy regarding all benefits & compensation policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance
- Providing on-demand and scheduled reports related to all compensation & benefits processes
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills
- German language would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel skills)
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Ability to work in teams
- SSC experience – nice to have
