HR Administrator with English and Italian
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
• Deliver HR services (database management) in a specific area such as employment, compensation, benefits • Update and maintain employee records in compliance with regulations (file and maintain order in electronic and paper employee files), prepare employment documents in local language; • Provide efficient customer service via phone or email concerning HR related matters • Review and verify incoming and outgoing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures • Prepare reports concerning personnel administration process
Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent experience • Very good knowledge of English and Italian • Customer focus and solution oriented • Very good interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in shared services or HR environment will be an asset
