HR Administrator/Recruiter (f/m) Poland/Slovakia – part time 30 hours/week

An international network of 97 branches with more than 4,500 employees supports private and public clients and investors in managing and implementing complex construction projects and future-oriented infrastructure projects.
In this position, you will be working together with our Technical Directors in Krakow and Warsaw on a daily basis. Furthermore, you will be working closely with HR Europe on the implementation of the HR and recruting strategy for Poland and Slovakia. The role is based in Krakow.
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our employees in Poland and Slovakia for HR related topics
- You provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes, policies and questions (team size approx. 50 employees)
- You issue and manage all necessary documents and administration related to the whole employment life-cycle, reporting, recruitment and training area
- You manage the whole recruitment process for Poland and Slovakia
- Close cooperation with our external payroll provider on payroll related topics
- You support the HR Europe team upon request
Your profile
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field of study and +3 years of experience on a similar job position
- Knowledge of Polish and ideally Slovakian Labor Code and Labor Law
- Fluent Polish (C1) and very good English (B2/ C1) language skills
- Strong organizational skills and excellent inter-personal skills
- Commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to our branch in Slovakia from time to time if required
