Responsibilities:

Acting as an HR guide for employees from French market
Participating in automatization and improvement processes: designing smart and elegant HR solutions for employees
Managing a team: recruiting and developing talents
Identifying KPIs and SLAs within SSC and support them to increase the performance
Preparing budget and following-up the costs in cooperation with Financial Controller
Managing changes in the processes, new transfers, projects (resources, costs, deadlines, risks)
Ensuring adaptations required due to law, tools, policies
Managing stakeholders and escalations
Implementing customer satisfaction survey improvement plan

Requirements:

Master Degree (preferably Psychology in Management, Management, HR Management)
Min 2 years of professional experience on a Team Lead role (in SSC/BPO structure)
Fluent command of both French and English
Knowledge of HR processes management (C&B, HR Administration, Recruitment) – as an asset
Strong customer service focus: ability to understand the customer’s needs and proactively responding to customer requirements
Excellent organizational, project management and time-management skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office
