Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to manage the team of 8-10 people in HR Administration area and monitor ongoing performance, achievement of goals and identify development needs and opportunities. Your everyday duties will include regular updates with supervising Manager, initiate and implement process improvements, participate in projects related with processes migrations in SSC, supporting improvement projects and cooperating with internal and external auditors. You will be also responsible for recruiting new team members, maintaining positive relations within the team, training and providing support for all team members.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in managing team will lead to your success - min. 1-2 years of experience on leader position within HR Department in SSC environment is a must. Your very good English skills and higher education are required as well. Very well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks in very dynamic environment are essential as well.
