For our Client, a global company we are looking for the HR Administration Specialist with Italian to join the Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for entering and updating personal information records (hiring, promotion, transfers etc.), answering employees’ queries, preparing documents and certificates and cooperating closely with payroll provider and business partners. In addition, you will participate in transitions and process of improvements.
We are looking for Candidate with two years of experience on a similar position (gained preferably in SSC or BPO environment). Fluent English and Italian is a must. Experience with HR IT solutions including Workday will be a plus. Moreover, we seek Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
