On behalf of our Client, newly created SSC in Warsaw we are looking for the candidate for the position of HR Administration Senior Specialist with fluent English.
On this position, you will be in charge of coordination of team work (based on managing new hire data, updating and correcting benefits data, answering employees’ requests etc.) – managing the workload and holding escalation, providing excellent customer service for internal Clients as well as for partners in accordance with company’s standards and working procedures.
We are looking for the candidates with at least two years of experience in HR administration in SSC with first experience in people management. Fluent English is a must as well as excellent communication skills and ability to multi task. Knowledge of polish labour law will be a strong asset.
