Our Client, a large global corporation, is looking for fluent German or French speakers with experience in HR administration and payroll for its European HR Services Centre, to fill the positions of:

Accountabilities:
provide transactional and administrative services related to processes for West European countries - including mass transaction updates
ensure that enquiries are answered and transactional activities are processed in a professional and efficient manner
perform data gathering towards HR managers in case additional info is needed
process changes in employee status, job status, cost center changes, pay, etc.
manage and records document flows, administer employee life cycle events
Requirements:
graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and policies
fluent knowledge of French or Gernan (both orally and in writing)
good command of English
personal integrity when handling confidential information
ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
computer literate; experience of ticketing system is an additional asset
